How long does the stone warmer need to be heated?

Hi, the heating time of the No.HG208 Fabric stone warmer is 20-30 mins, the indoor ambient temperature is different, and the heating time is different.

Correction! Can any massage stones be used in this warmer?

I'm not sure but I did buy separate stones that work well with the kit

Commonly used massage stones can be heated. Balsalt stones, Green jade stones, Himalayan salt stones, Bamboo stones and so on.

Is the heat evenly distributed on both sides?

Yes! There's an upper and lower heater that evenly distributes the heat. They do get super hot so I take the ones I'm going to use out about 5min before I use them, sometimes longer.
