Honestly, how easy is this to install? it says easy for non diy person to install, is this true and what do you need to install it?

It's very easy to install even if you're only an average DIYer. You'll need a drill and screw driver. Package includes: 1*key lock box + 1* screwdriver + 4* screws + 4* wall plugs. A small hook is also designed inside, which allows you to take out the key faster and keep it organized.

Can the same number be used twice? For example if using a year 1995? Or am I restricted to using a number only once?

No! you can not use the same number twice. It's mechanically not possible and it sounds as if you are using your year of birth! Not a safe passcode I don't think.

My key safe won’t open despite putting the correct code in. Can anyone help. How do I get it off the wall to reset it please
