I finished a bottle and I did see a slight improvement in my hair strength. I don't know if it is the end all be all but not a bad supplement to add to the rotation. Personally I think drinking liquid collegen is the best for hair and nails!

Best product for hair growth. Not only has my hair grown, but it's given me hair volume and shine. My nails have grown and they look healthy. The only drawback is the pills are huge and taste awful. Other than that the product works.
