Great for relaxing
I take this when I am overly stressed, and I give it to my 9 year old when she is anxious and can’t sleep. Works like a charm.

Not a valerian
It’s hard to found any valerian in this glycerin substance. It does not smell or taste like valerian should be. Will not using this product

Does not have the strong valerian flavor that I was expecting. Great value for the money.

Potassium Sorbate? Really?
Everything about this was wonderful. It tasted strong, just like valerian, which is not really a pleasant flavor. It worked better and faster than any other glycerite I’ve tried to date. It put me out in under an hour, about 20-30 mins, which for me is rare, my average sleep time is about an hour with lots of sleep aids. But then I (dishearteningly) read the ingredients, only to discover that there’s potassium sorbate in it. I’ve never seen this in any glycerite from any company anywhere ever. What gives Horbäach? They have many other products free of artificial chemical adulterants, why not this one?The lack of consistency and concentration that others have experienced is very puzzling to me, but maybe there’s something wrong with their quality control.Please remove the preservatives and I’ll happily buy it again, until then, I’ll have to use something else, despite its effectiveness.
