this guy has some heft so won't go blowing off the porch. nice paint job and material should hold up although they say to bring in during winter.

Señorita Tortuga is very colorful, bright, and gorgeous in front of my house where everyone can see her. She has very bright green legs with toes that are darker. Her shell is just fantastic. It looks like a real turtle shell if you ignore that it’s multicolored. Someone spent a lot of time painting her. The Amazon photo does not do her justice.. But my favorite part of this turtle is the expression on her face. She makes me smile. And I hope she makes everyone walking by smile.She is much lighter than you would think for such a big turtle but not so light she’ll get destroyed by Arizona’s monsoons.My favorite part of this turtle is the expression on her face. My turtle finally arrived in the mail. I was surprised when I opened the box and took the turtle out of its box that the paint was still wet on the bottom of the turtle . I got black paint all over my hands. I turned the turtle over on its shell and let the turtle dry over night. The next morning the paint on the surface of the bottom was dry, so I flipped the turtle back over so it stood upright and placed it on my granite countertop. I left for work, and when I got home, I picked the turtle up to put it in my flower bed. To my surprise the bottom of the turtle had wet paint all over it again, and I had a puddle of paint on my granite. In looking closer inside the hole in the bottom of the turtle, there was a pool of paint that was wet inside the turtle and for some reason it won’t dry. By now, I was a bit annoyed with this situation. I thought I had better give everyone a heads up in case you buy this turtle! Luckily, I was able to get the paint off my granite countertop. I wouldn’t have been so lucky if it had been a different surface.

Looks very realistic. It's heavy enough that the wind is not likely to disturb it. As other reviewers mentioned, it does have a hole in the bottom. I was not concerned since it can't be seen.

The first thing I will say about this is the turtle is surprising light and actually looks really nice outside in my garden. The detail on this is pretty good and you could actually mistaken it for a live turtle from afar. It has done well in staying in one place when it is super windy which is great. I do like the detail on this particular turtle. It has done okay in the rain but I have seen some of the color fading just a tad. It is a great decoration to have in the garden but make sure to do your measurements because this is a pretty big figure regardless. It is pretty sturdy but I would still not drop this if I need to move it as you could still crack or break the resin. Overall the turtle is nicely made and works well for my garden. It is light so I can easily move it if needed but it is heavy enough where it will not fly due the heavy wind. The only minor issue is that I did notice some of the details fading a bit from rain and sun. It is pretty nice though in terms of detail and looks somewhat more real from afar which is great.
