This is a viable strategy. It is a variation of the Australian mortgage system, also advocated by a company called Equity Mortgage. It requires that you have excess money left over each month to apply to the mortgage which limits the people who can do this. The other limitation is the discipline required to focus on this monthly for 5 years or more. But if a person is willing to do this, think of the future financial freedom you will have!!!!!

This book has a very excellent strategy. The steps are easy to follow. The authors themselves have proven the strategies that worked 100%.

Good book, easy read. The HELOC strategy blew my mind... truly something to think about. I would recommend this book only to individuals that are TOTALLY in control of their finances.
