Impulse-bought a Tushy Bidet for Prime Day, and was a bit disappointed to see that the connection valve is plastic. Because the valve is constantly exposed to pressure, I was worried that it would inevitably fail at one point. Best case, I'd notice a puddle on the bathroom floor - worst case it would crack or burst in the middle of the night and I'd wake up to a bunch of expensive water damage.This little guy was the answer to my worries. It's solidly made, the threads are clean and the shutoff works smoothly and well. If I ever upgrade to a fancier bidet I'm reusing this valve.

I bought this to piece together a pallet store bidet purchase that was missing this piece in the box. The install was a cinch. The performance has never waivered once.

The solid brass covered in chrome makes the connector look professional. They give you an xtra rubber washer to go in the end of the pre-existing 7/8 Connector that was originally connected to the base of the tank. I tried using it but it caused a bad leak. I shut the water back off, got out my shop vac and vacuumed up the gallon or so of water. Then I put the original washer back in to that line, turn the water back on, and fortunately had no more leaks. (See pics! Looks and works great! I’ll be installing 2 more next weekend!

I use this spliter to connect the bidet and water tank valve. Good material. Works fine.
