Is this pretty good for Djing also?

Yes. I'm a DJ and normally will use this one with some of my smaller events. Does the job without taking up a lot of space on my table.

Wanting to connect 3 mics, guitar, bass & keyboard. Will this work to connect to a portable karaoke system that has a usb charging port? -no computer

On this mixer there's no way to connect to six things to it! I think the most you can connect into it would be four.... But to answer your other question it will handle all that , it works like any other mixer! It works really great for me I love it! Ps If you have wireless mics with one port connection that would work! Then you could connect all the rest of the other stuff too!

Can I connect mics through this to my speakers without a computer?

No. This connects to the computer via a USB interface and allows you to mix three microphones for recording.
