Great rotisserie
Works great. First one I got the motor was dead on arrival but Amazon quickly sent a replacement. Looked a little low but there was enough space for the two 6lb chickens I tried for the inaugural cook. Definitely won't fit anything bigger than that. Chicken came out great and juicy. And for those wondering the handle stays cool even though its metal. Was a little worried because I had read a lot of reviews saying it couldn't be mounted with the side table up or something to that effect but mine installed fine with the table up. Maybe the issue was not being able to fold the table without taking the bracket off which is ture, but not an issue for me since I always keep it up anyway.

Works just fine.
Have an older Genesis Weber grill and had to drill a couple of holes for the motor bracket, but no big deal.

Genuine Weber Rotisserie. Quality product through and through.
I was in a rush when I ordered this and thought it would be a 3rd party rotisserie, because of the price. Well, this is the real McCoy from Weber. Here are some things you should be aware of.I have a Weber Genesis II XL\\LX (E340). This rotisserie fits perfectly. The only thing I noticed was that the metal motor clamp did not fit snugly to the side of the grill. It had a slight 'play', but did not effect the overall performance.Note the when you install the metal motor clamp, you will disable your ability to lower the left grill shelf. This was not an issue for me, but you should be aware that unless you remove the metal motor clamp, you won't be able to lower the shelf. Also, the right side of the rotisserie skewer will extend over the sauce warmer on the right side of the grill. You can still use the sauce warmer, but need to open the cover before installing the skewer. Again, not an issue with me.I noticed that the right side of the skewer did not get hot, or even warm to the touch after 2.5 hours of use. However, you must use a glove/mitt on the left end of the skewer because it is hot!!Unless you are very close to an electrical outlet, you will need to use an extension. (3-prong).The installation instructions are clear, and you should be able to get up and running under 20-30 minutes. The motor has a switch, and the motor is audible, but not intrusive. All the skewer parts and extensions seem to be a good grade of stainless steel. The skewer clamps are very sharp, so you really need to be careful when handling this.Today, we did a 4 lb pork roast. Spouse made a garlic/pineapple marinade recipe that we found on the internet. This was our first try using the rotisserie, and I must admit the results were better than I could imagine. (see photos) You just need to be aware of the timing and temperature of the meat. Get a good grade meat thermometer, and you'll do fine. And, all this hardware needs to be cleaned afterwards, so be prepared. Still, worth the extra fuss.

Good Weber Rotisserie But Some Issues
Works well but some things to be aware of:1) The bracket that holds the motor prevents the side table on my Genesis 310 from folding down and since the bracket has to be tightly bolted on to the side of the cooking chamber, it's not something you will be wanting to take on and off.2) When cooking, even a 4 1/2lb chicken, both grates need to be removed in order to give enough space for the chicken to rotate. This means you can't do a rotisserie and grill something on either side of the chicken. Also, the Weber foil pans, used for catching grease, are too tall and the chicken can hit them while rotating. I have switched to a foil cake pan with about 1" high sides.I've only done smallish chickens so far and it turned out great. But I would like to do larger things, like a 6lb chicken, turkey, prime rib, etc, and I am not sure if there is enough space to rotate. I have read where you can remove the flavorizer bars and place the foil pan on the heat deflectors...r maybe not use a foil pan and let the grease drip into the grease pan under the grill. I will update as I learn more about the size restrictions.

Excellent accessory, fit my grill perfectly!
As a home cook, I wanted to increase my menu repertoire by learning how to do rotisserie. This product is well made - rotisserie rod is heavy and strong. (I bought the heavier model - it will roast up to 20 lbs. of meat.) I was concerned this would not fit my 12 year old Weber Gas Grill, but it fit perfectly. I'm not a handyman, but it was easy to assemble. Very easy to operate. All items are well made and of good quality. I had enough room to roast a normal 3 lb. chicken, with a drip pan, once I removed the grates in the grill. Operation of unit is very quiet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good rotisserie accessory for their Weber Gas Grill.

Works Great but Install Instructions are Incorrect for E325S
If you have a Genesis E325S - and I am assuming other similar - then the rotisserie does mount on the right side (3rd options) but the screw placement is incorrect. Instructions show to use the bottom two holes on the bracket, but if you do the rod will angle up from left to right. In order to sit flat you need to use the top two screw holes to mount it. Until I placed the motor on the bracket and the rod in the grill I was not aware the instructions were wrong. So bolt placement as in the 2nd option, but attached to the right side as in the third option. Once installed the rotisserie worked great. Very solid motor compared to older units I have owned. Rod and spikes seem sturdy as well. I forgot how great a rotisserie chicken was!

I really like mine
I was tired of buying rotisserie chicken at the local store so I bought one of these. It is pretty simple yet very efficient, easy to use & really produces a great chicken. Just make sure that the round grove on the skewer is set in the cradle of the grill so the chicken spins properly. The motor makes so much torque that if it is not, it will put itself in a bind so tight that you will need a small hammer to break it loose from the grill.
