Read the manual
Needs a 2a or higher charger or it won't charge. Will blink red when low. Even plugged into a less than adequate charger. Others stated this happened after a few months so I'm assuming the battery inside has sat forever before shipping. It may come with the storage charge, doesn't mean the lipo is healthy.Mine went down to red. I found a 3amp charger and after 10-15 mins started blinking blue. It's now blinking green and goes solid when fully charged.I always assume nobody understands the tech or misunderstand it. Most don't read the manuals. It's laughable how many people return items they just don't understand. I'll go as far as popping it open when it dies and will update this review as time goes on. As of now, it works flawlessly

Was scared by the reviews but so far so good!
I was worried this would be a waste of time/money since the reviews were so bad but decided to risk it as its Free Returns and I needed a replacement asap.I got this the next day so my airpods hadn't had time to die yet fully. I wonder if that's why I had no problems with pairing? Everything was seamless, as though I was using my original charging case. I followed the instructions that came with it such as charging for >15m for the first charge. The plastic/lid does feel pretty cheap, but hey, it works and it's half the price of the Apple one. It also is a bit loose of a fit (i'm assuming so it can fit both generations of airpod pros) but I put a bit of extra care when putting my airpods in and I haven't had issues with them not charging yet.If it dies/breaks within a too short period of time I'll come back and update this review, but so far it's been working great for 10 days of continuous use.Interestingly, when I checked the reviews using a review checker, the filtered average rating actually went up? Makes me wonder if Apple is trying to lower the rating of this product, but who knows, that is just speculation.

It works
I purchased this because my original AirPods case wouldn’t charge. I went to plug my charger in and the port was gone! 😩🤷🏽♀️ This case perfectly charges my AirPods. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it took forever to figure out how to connect and my AirPods didn’t sit perfectly in the case. Overall it works so that’s all I care about. I also purchased a wireless charger to see if my original case would charge and it did. I’m going to keep this case just in case as a backup. Go ahead and get it!

Works well with my AirPod pros
Great value for your money! My dog unfortunately thought my AirPod case was a toy so I needed a replacement case. I almost bought the $100 case from Apple but decided last minute to check on amazon for a replacement. Super happy to find a case that only cost $30. It’s been a couple months and I’ve had no issues so far. Works with the regular charger.

So frustrating!!
I thought maybe it was faulty the first time I purchased it, so ordered a replacement. The second one did the same thing. First of all, it doesn’t pair properly. For both and every device, I had to sit and constantly open and close and press the button and do all sorts of messing with it for it to pair. The MOST annoying thing is that it doesn’t keep a charge at all. If the case dies, it won’t pair with anything even if the actual AirPods were at full charge. I have to leave the AirPods outside of the case overnight if I can’t keep it on a charger for whatever reason. The case also doesn’t hold a charge for very long (maybe a few hrs) , even when everything is at 100%. Not sure what is pulling the charge. I’ve even tried turning the Bluetooth off any device it’s paired to and it doesn’t help. I rarely leave negative reviews for anything but I’m so frustrated, I felt this was warranted so the manufacturers can fix the issue!!!
