I suffer from a gastric bleed and when I don't get iron IV I use these grape-flavored chews to supplement my iron intake. Coupled with Vitamin C, which helps the body uptake iron, these are effective and work well. The taste is great, too. If you require iron supplementation, I highly recommend this product.
