Does the boost last all day? Couple hours? 30 mins?

I use this product as an alternative to caffeine or sugar to circumvent afternoon brain fog. I use coffee in the morning but alpha brain after lunchtime. It helps me find and maintain focus to get through a busy afternoon in meetings or lab work. But I only can tell if I’m taxing my mental faculties with work; it’s evident as I can concentrate for longer without confusing myself or thoughts meandering. I don’t feel like I’m amped up or boosted or otherwise having to burn off excess energy.
