My Cpap is 4 years old. They want another 2k sleep study. This guy right here is an upgrade from my old one. With Auto Cpap it raises the pressure if i need it. I wake up seeing it was at a 7.1 pressure setting, which is lower than what I used to rest at. I'm glad I'm using it.

The manual has nice pics, but it doesn't explain how to make the adjustments, only that it can. The Youtube video is so heavily chinese-accented that it is useless. I sincerely recommend that unless you already know how to operate one of these, Don't Buy It.However, if you already know how to adjust the pressure and the I/E, etc. then this might be a good one for you. So, I won't go any lower with the stars.Oh, ye-uh, forget about returning it.

I bought this unit to replace my Dreamstation that is on recall. This unit was easy to program and I have adapted to it with no issues. The water tank also lasted longer vs the Dreamstation. Even if the Dreamstation is repaired some day, I will still favor this unit

Excellent CPAP machine for the money. The Auto mode works best! The BIPAP/ CPAP modes also work well. The only problem is I haven’t figured out how to use the SOClean CPAP cleaning disinfectant system with it because the attachment hose tubing will not fit down into the reservoir to seal and pressure up the system to disinfectant. I believe this shouldn’t be a problem when I can locate and purchase the adapter from the SoClean company that will fit the reservoir with this cpap system. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and I can recommend this unit for anyone needing to replace or renew their old CPAP unit. This CPAP unit has many features, and the sound level is very quiet. Great deal!

The quality is very decent. I have been using it for two weeks. No problem at all. This is my first time to use this to treat my sleep apnea. So far so good!
