I just used this today, so later I will update my review. I've never bought it before.I used it on my car door seals today & it went on very nicely, the scent is nice too; it has a citrusy scent that is not overwhelming at all. I have allergies & was fine with it.Personally, I put it on with cotton balls, because someone else said they preferred that, plus this way the lid foam doesn't need to be cleaned. The cotton worked perfect & it can go wherever you want it to very easily. I have not used the lid foam. I also put some of it on with a paper towel & that worked well too. I really didn't use that much & I wasn't trying to be skimpy with it.Another good thing is it does dry quickly --about a minute or two, once it is on the rubber seals. I had read this about it & I did want something that would dry pretty quick --you have plenty of time to put it on though; you don't have to worry it will dry out before you can get it on your door seals.I waited until today for the weather to be at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit or 21.11111 Celsius. The Gummi Pflege Stift company had commented on a commentors review to use it when it's warmer, around 70 F, because it permeates well that way, otherwise it can crystallize somewhat & not soak in well. I have an older car, a little more than 21 yrs old, & the seals around my doors really liked this. It went into the rubber very well. Made the seals very supple. I'm also hoping it will help stop the doors from freezing closed, on days when it's rainy, snowy & freezing out. Other people have said it worked for this too.I'm very happy with this & look forward to using it more. I know it is made specifically for this, so it should be great.

I have an 18 year old car with a sunroof all original stripping that now looks brand new. What I like about this stuff is it’s very easy to apply and if you get it on anything surrounding, it’s easy to remove, And it revitalizes keeping the rubber, nice and pliable as well as looking new, I use it once a week just because I wanna. I’ve done every piece of rubber on my car except for the tires. It’s kind of addictive and a little bit goes a long way especially with the high quality sponge applicator, The sponge does not get soft and start falling apart. It’s nice and firm and stays intact after every use and it smells good

Used this to lubricate my weather stripping. Easy to apply bottle because it just is a press to release type thing. It’s really cheap but also a small bottle so probably good for ~2 years of lubrication. Still to be seen how long it will last but so far it looks pretty good. Plastic feels newer but not greasy. Just don’t over apply.

Do you have an incessant rattling noise from your glass car roof or moonroof that’s annoys the shiitake out of you? Were you close to paying hundreds at the dealership for them to try to fix this? Did you find it odd that it occurs mostly when the temperature outdoors is cold? So I did some research and realize that the rubber gasket around the glass roof/moonroof hardens overtime and especially in cold weather. That simple regular conditioning can stop it?I was incredulous that this $11 bottle could remedy this without me paying hundreds at the dealership, but boy did it do its job! Do yourself a favor and try this first before paying through the nose at the dealership to have that rattling noise remedied.This is an amazing product, but the bottle is lacking. Basically you’re supposed to pull up the sponge top and wipe it onto your gasket, however, when you try to do this, of course the top pushes down and thereby closes the bottle. It’s best if you remove that sponge top and either use a cotton ball, or put product onto the sponge top like it was a cotton ball, and then wipe it on the gasket. Good luck and you’re welcome!
