My last review was taken down because I mentioned the great customer service for some reason..... anyways, great item that really helped with cysts using the zapping method I watched on Youtube. It was a bit defective and the middle unscrewed after 2 months but I was able to get a replacement! Not sure how to word that without this getting taken down by Amazon again...

This device is very easy to use, especially to those who would go to facial services for pore cleaning, microdermabrasion, etc...because this tool is usually the final step to close the pore after pore extractions. The fact that it is now available in Amazon at a humane price point makes all of us a winner. It saves time, money and effort of trying out and going through facial clinics for the usual facial cleaning procedure. With the proper extraction tools and products that work with your skin, a thorough facial cleaning procedure on a weekly basis is now possible. Before monthly period, a painful zit would usually pop-up around my chin area. When the gunk inside is ready to come out, I would use my tools too extract it, then I would apply benzoyl peroxide from acne.org to heal the opened pore. To close it out, I use this tool and in a matter of minutes, you would see and feel that the zit dries out and heals. I also use this tool after extracting blackheadsand whiteheads of my teen daughter. This works wonders. I noticed a big difference with the elasticity of my skin and the appearance of pores. It helped minimize it. The best thing about this product is the seller. This company doesn't sell you their product and would just leave you once you bought one. They make sure you are satisfied with the product you purchased. I have experienced excellent customer service from them with prompt responses and professionalism. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this product.

i have been using this product for a little over two weeks and i am loving the results. i am trying to get into a skincare regimen as i get older, and this is definitely one of the best additions i have made. i just yeaterday started using the hair attachment; as i finished chemo radiation my hair thinning has been a concern, and just yesterday i remembered there is an attachment for hair. i'll have to give updated results on that front, but my skin is loking better than it has in years! highly recommend.

Used it no more than 4 times and the 4th time the wire from the base was exposed. I missed the return window by less than a month. Now I have to pay a restocking fee of $4.21. The comb did not stay stationary for me to use it effectively.Updated Review: I am changing my rating from one star to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me twice until I answered. She sent me a new improved wand. The tubes stay securely in the wand. I tried the comb. Now it stays in place. Everything appears to be in order with this wand. I am pretty happy with her new improved design of the wand. The seller gets 5 stars for great customer service.

I have been suffering from cystic acne for almost 2 years now. I’m 46 and going through the dreaded change, and it’s been a nightmare on my skin. I’ve been using this every day since I got it (about two weeks) and my skin looks better than it has in years!!! Look up videos on YouTube for how to use it. That’s what I did, and use some kind of a face oil or slippery face lotion to help the wands to glide on your skin. This is my 46 year old skin with only a light layer of It Cosmetics CC Nude Glow on, and I’m thrilled with the results! I also use it on my 16 year old daughter who suffers from hormonal acne, and she’s had terrific results as well.

Bought this yesterday came with missing tube and dirty so I'm thinking it was a return this was not sealed and the power on it is not strong very cheaply made don't buy!!
