I occasionally suffer from cluster headaches caused by stress. This eye massager does a good job massaging the temples, the front above the eyebrows, and, with the right setting, delivers soothing heat to the eyes.I like the massaging function most. The device also has a vibration function which works well, it basically puts the entire surface touching the face in a vibrating motion. The vibration comes with some setting with a knocking motion that works less well. The eye heating function works, too, but the part that is heated doesn't reach my eyelids. The massaging surface sits slightly above the eyelids, it makes you feel the heat, but it is not transferred from it to the skin.The operation is simple: Push the button for 2 seconds and the device turns on with a beep, then push 1-4 times depending on the mode you want the device in. The problem here is that the manual advises you to have the device already on your face when you switch it on. This means that you cannot see if you really reached mode 4 after you pushed 4 times as this is only visible if yuo look at the display situated on the outside of the device.In mode one, the device plays nature sounds, birds, a river, wind, and the only way to switch this off is to connect the device via bluetooth to your phone and not play any sound on it. The default is that the nature sounds set in as soon as you switch it on. The problem with that is the built-in speakers that sound like a 60s transistor radio, without any bassses, tinny and a bit shrill. They are ok to listen to podcasts or the radio, but do not try and play your music with them, you will be disappointed.I had some difficulties to find the right position for the device on my face. At first I put the elastic band that holds it too high on the back of my head. It resulted in the device sitting with its plastic frame on my nose which was an unpleasant feeling after two or three minutes. After I lowered the elastic band it got better. The downside is that it now sits on my ears which means that I cannot use earbuds, as the band touching the earbuds transmits the vibration of the device which makes it impossible to liten to something through the buds.I decided to give it 5 stars nevertheless, as the massaging was the main reason I bought this and it works remarkably well and does what I expected it to do.

Its overall an excellent product, When the massage presses on the temple area, it relieves tension and headaches. My only issue is the eye massage. I wish it had a heat only function for the eye area and felt the eye massage was too much pressure.

This is a nice mask for migraines and eyes. Has a gentle massage. It has heat and vibration settings,music via Bluetooth,which I haven’t tried yet. Comes nicely packaged and includes an eye mask to wear on under the massage mask. It is a nice mask for the value and is made well. Not too heavy. I have another mask that vibrates and is much heavier. I just wish there was a way to control the heat setting. It does appear though that the heat can be turned off.

This product delivers. It is worth purchasing. The best eye massager ever. My whole head feels peaceful.

A friend showed this to me and I instantly had to have it. The mask warms and gently massages your temples. I get frequent headaches, and I find this really helps with tension relief and relaxation. You can Bluetooth your own music if you want, but I really like the sounds that are pre-programmed. It's a great gift idea and totally different than any other home relaxation product I've tried. I use it often and recommend it to all my friends!

Edit: I got in touch with the manufacturer and they sent me a new one which so far has worked well. Only time will tell as it's been only about 3-4 months. Customer service was all by email but it was handled quickly and without issue.I initially thought I had a defective product due to the loud mechanical noise this eye massager makes, but apparently it's normal. I do enjoy the massage and heat aspect and since I purchased it primarily for help with my dry eyes, it is useful for that purpose. The pressure it provides at my temples helps with some types of headaches, but the loud sound the motor can definitely be a problem. But the main reason for the low score is that poor quality. My first unit stopped working after 6 months of only occasional use. Now my replacement unit stopped taking a charge after only 3 months. This has been a disappointing purchase.

Lifepro products are awesome and this one did not disappoint. It’s very relaxing and I usually fall asleep while using it. I especially like the massaging on my temples. I haven’t used it long enough to know if it will help with my dry eyes, but I’m still pleased with it. It has a gentle heat which feels nice but it would be nice to be able to shut that off when not wanted (it’s in the 90’s here). It has multiple programs, some with gentle relaxing nature sounds. You can listen to music using the Bluetooth if you want, but I haven’t tried that, yet. It comes with a drawstring bag to store it and the charging cord in - I ALWAYS appreciate when companies provide a way to keep everything stored together. Good purchase!

This is the second massager I have purchased. The first one stopped charging no matter which chord or adapter I used. I had it a few months when this happened and we used it maybe 10 times. I thought it wasn’t worth buying it again, but my wife loved it so I did. Now my second one has stopped charging within the first year. Two in a row? Must be the product itself.
