Bought this for a trip to Italy so that I could charge a phone and tablet at the same time without needing to use an adapter. It worked well when it actually fit the outlets, but what I found is that about 50% of the time the pins were too fat to fit in the outlet. Oddly, the pins on my adapter always fit without issue. Not sure why they manufactured this with such fat pins, but beware that it will not always work and you may end up plugging this into your adapter to fit the outlet, which defeated the purpose of buying this.

My family planned a long trip to France and didn't want to live without our iPhones and iPads. I bought several of these. I liked the different colors (blue, black and white) so each family member could have one and know whose was whose! The charger and connector ports are sturdy and well made. It is a nice convenience to have just one place to plug in both an iPhone and an iPad at the same time. We used the chargers this past summer and they all worked great!
