Perfect, Solid Stand for my Needs at a Great Price!
I had my Behringer Blue Marvin ARP 2600 mounted in a 19" Rack and it really wasn't convenient to use. It was too low and I pretty much had to sit on the floor to program and patch it. I searched quite a bit for a small, portable stand that I could use and found this Rockville "Mixer" Stand" Well it was the perfect solution. Having both adjustable height and width made it so easy to adjust for my needs. Although the angle is NOT adjustable, it sits both my Synth and Keyboard at the just the correct angel, so no issues for me. Did I say Keyboard, yes, it is large enough to not only hold my ARP 2600 but also my Behringer Swing 32 Keyboard (or my Keystep 32) in a perfect playing position. The overall footprint does not take up too much space in my Music Workstation area and it's so portable that I can move it around into position for my playing needs. As for those who reviewed it and claimed it was not stable, or wobbled I can tell you that is not true. The unit has 2 Crossbars that you use to adjust the width. They have 4 "Wing" Style Knobs, 2 at each end and 2 on the crossbars themselves. The crossbars need to be extended to the desired width "EQUALLY" then the "Wing" Knobs have to be tightened very tight while holding the crossbars in place. Same for the End Wing Knobs, hold them in place and tighten them very tight. If you set it up correctly there is virtually no movement and and no wobble what so ever. Yes, if you push on it hard from one side to the other there will be some motion ( I don't know of any stand that won't move from pushing on it) but NOTHING like what people have described or shown in their poor videos. This stand is a great multi purpose stand. I could see it being used for Drum Machines, especially the Behringer RD8 MK II or Arturia Drum Brute, a HydraSynth Desktop and more. Even for smaller width items, a simple solution is to place a thin board of the correct dimensions on top of the stand for you gear to fit on!

Deserves 5 stars with minor design flaw. Sturdy, and looks pro.
The flaw, at least in my observation is theriser bolt/clamp on the side at about knee level. Those hand tightened bolts with handle, stick outa couple of inches off the side where they shouldn'tstick out at all. I found myself banging into themwhen walking by in close-quarters 3 or 4 times already, they aren't something that catches your eye, andin close quarters on stage or elsewhere I andanyone else will be banging their knees on it andupsetting the mixing board, drinks , and whateverelse might be on it. The tightening side bolt/handlesat the bottom don't seem to be an issue so far sincethey are at the base.--My fix will be to replace the 'knee' high clamps/boltswith actual bolts, as I will not be collapsing the standfor compactness, and won't need to adjust thesizing often if at all. Another 'fix' for me is to hangspare mic cords etc on these side clamps to makeit obvious that 'something' is there, thereby avoidingbanging into them.--Complaint; One of those clamps at knee high was notmachined well and is way, way to hard to turn fortightening.Minor issue; the riser to receiver stalk is a sloppy fit,not terrible, but the pieces are like parts bin piecesthat just happen to be a 'close' but not great snug fit.The stand wobbles too much, however, for the widththat I needed, I took a music stand tray, and zip tiedit to the top quite tightly, as I need some kind of trayanyway, hence the overall sturdiness it very solid.--OVERALL; I am really excited to have this stand overwhat I'd been using,
