Q: Is this translucent as a tint to let light throught so i could put it on a camping light?

I apologize, but this type of permanent vinyl is not translucent. It can only be used as a decorative element and cannot be combined with light bulbs to create unique lighting effects.

Q: Is this compatible with the brother scan and cut sdx1200? i can't understand why it says the vinyl is 3mm thick.

Our vinyl can be used in the brother cutting machine. The vinyl thickness is 3mil.

Q: Can this vinyl materials be used with the cricut joy?

I can't see why not, I use a maker, but should still cut with Joy.
