How I was able to make the sealer go farther.
If you’re doing a large area like I was. I went through the first bottle fairly quickly, because I removed the aluminum seal underneath the cap, and the flow was difficult to control. With the second bottle, I used a furniture glide pictured (a small wood nail or any other object you might have that has a sharp point would probably work) to punch one hole in the center of the round cardboard inside the cap, and three holes into the aluminum seal of the bottle. The flow of the second bottle of sealer was easier to control and lasted a lot longer than the first bottle. The grout looks good and the cleanup was easy. The brush makes it easy to apply.

Does exactly what it is intended to do
I’ve used this in the past and have used other sealants but always come back to this brand. It’s very easy to apply and the clean up is minimal.

so far so good
Just recently had kitchen remodeled and needed to seal the tile grout, since this is usually an added service and many people do it themselves. I read the reviews about the runniness and so I poured a small amount of the sealant out into a small cup and used a paintbrush to apply to the grout, small sections at a time. I used paper towel to wipe off excess sealant within 3-5 minutes as directed on the back label. I reapplied the sealant at least another time after waiting at least 30min, sometimes a day-- also per label instructions as I understood it. I tried the water drop test on grout after at least 72hrs of last application, and it does bead up vs. soak into the grout. Hopefully it will last for a while. Will try to update if not.My kitchen floor area is not large, so I still have more than half of the 6oz bottle left.

Remove Both Top Seal Covers
I had a hard time laying out this sealant. I first unscrewed the cap and removed what look like an aluminum cover with a knife. I then tried to seal my grout and nothing at first came out after a minute or two. I saw some little pools of this stuff on my title and wonder why that was. After a few more minutes it was coming out in the groves of my tile. When I removed the cap to reseal the top with some aluminum foil I notice the top still had a transparent seal and because I used a knife some did come out at the end which allowed me to finish the job. I made sure to remove the transparent seal before I sealed and screwed back the cap.

Great shopping experience!
The product came quickly and was exactly as described. I used it for the floor tile grout in a half bath. It went on quickly and easily. I was able to do two coats with 3/4 of a bottle left over. I hesitated to give five stars because I don’t yet know how it will hold up.
