Not the bamboo smell I expected
Not so good. It doesn't smell natural at all, it isn't the bamboo scent I've expected and it doesn't "linger" (in a good way).Wouldn't buy again and probably won't continue to use it.

Soothing and Relaxing
I love the scent. I spray my under my pillow lightly about 15 minutes before going to bed. I find it helps sooth me while I settle into bed. I haven't noticed that it helps me go to sleep faster, but I do go to sleep more relaxed
