Yes! All pots and pans have a ceramic interior. I’d highly recommend using non metal cooking spatulas, spoons, etc. to ensure the longevity of your cookware set.

The two smaller sauce pans will not work on my induction cookware, once the pans with circle on bottom. Why is that?

Induction cookware needs to be close to the size of the circle on the cooktop. If it is too big, then part of the pan won't heat. If it is too small, then it won't activate the cooktop. If you have a stovetop, try to match the size of your pan with the same size circle on the cooktop.
