Everything came in the package: metal straw(which I Don't plan to use), a straw cleaner, and a foam brush with an attachable end, that I am excited to use for cleaning my tumblers. But... Upon taking the bubble wrap off of the tumbler, the first thing I see are scratches. These are the only ones, but I'm still bummed out. It's a beautiful tumbler, the metallic rose gold is sparkly and charming. I'm just disappointed they sent me a scratched cup. Overall happy with my purchase, especially for the low price of only $8.98! But I can't give a 5* review because of the scratches.

I use them every morning for coffee on my way to work. They are perfect and keep my coffee hot.

not only looks good (love the pink metallic), but keeps hot hot and cold cold for hours. jut the right size, easy to hang onto and easy to clean. a winner!

This works well for me because I make my protein smoothies and take it in the car. The cup fits into the drink holder perfectly and it stays cold/smoothie like right till when I finish. I live in the tropics and I have gone into the supermarket and come back to a still frozen smoothie. So for travel and keep contents cold its excellent. I am sure it would be just as well for hot

It isn't the best insulation for people who take 12 hours to drink 20 ounces. But I am not one of those people, so for me, it's fine. I specifically chose this tumbler because the drink opening is close enough so there are no spills when I take a sip. However, it would be even better if the opening could be closed to avoid messes when the cup bounces or gets knocked over. I use my tumbler all the time around the house. It doesn't make my water taste funky, and I like my cup's marble design. I feel I got my money's worth.

Got this product for a girls trip and it was perfect to personalize. I would definitely buy again for next year friends trip.

The item was missing the straws and brush that was indicted in the description.

Looks like any 45$ at a walk in store. The straw with rubber tip is a bonus

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this with the hopes of using it for coffee in the car. Cold drinks don't seem to leak, but hot coffee does. The lid comes up easily and the first time I tipped it with a full cup of hot coffee, it came out like a fountain. The lid is warped. It will be fine with the straw, but be careful using it with hot liquids. Returning it isn't easy for me because of where I live. I have to bring it to a UPS, which is over an hour away. It's pretty, and comfortable to hold. I will use it around the house I guess...

Pensé que sería un poco más pequeño pero está perfecto para la oficina, es un poco difícil limpiar la tapa porque le quedan algunos residuos y se nota más si es de café por todo lo demás muy lindo y práctico

Al recibirlos los lleve a que los grabaran con láser y quedaron espectaculares. Los di como recuerdo de un evento y todos comentaron que estaban muy bonitos
