I LOVE these self-massage balls. As a massage therapist myself and an individual that employs other therapists, I always have at least one set of these on hand for therapists to use for self care - primarily with the hands and forearms, but also against a wall/chair for shoulder and hip/gluteal work. We also often recommend them to clients, especially those who do a lot of desk/office work. The varied sizes are perfect for working a variety of areas easily. Love, love, love. I bought these massage balls because I thought they might help my husband with shoulder issues caused from military and civilian work. Works well

I learned how to use massage balls on a recent yoga retreat. It was offered to me as an aid to reduce the tension that can build up with a panic attack. Since trying this self aid technique I have found these balls to be a important part of my yoga regimen and a great relief for my muscle tension. The SOMA SYSTEM balls come in a great variety of sizes for every nook and cranny and they have the perfect amount of tension for massage relief. Highly recommended for anyone who suffers from regular aches and pains.

I received my soma system yesterday afternoon and I am excited to start incorporating the new exercises into my daily routine. I had physical therapy last year when the cast came off my arm (I was recovering from a fracture). I received physical therapy and regained full use of my wrist and arm, so I know this type a exercise works! You just have to do the "work".
