The best thing about this garlic, other than its superior flavor and freshness, is the fact that it is NOT FROM CHINA. China has the most polluted ground water probably of any country in the world. Only 15% of China's groundwater is considered fit for human uses.No food sourced from China enters my body! Check your apple juice! Much of it comes from China including Mott's. The country of origin is embossed on the bottom of the bottle.I once got frozen broccoli from China being sold at Sam's Club. It was absolutely inedible. That was the turning point for me and I don't knowingly eat any food originating in China.

This is the best garlic powder I've gotten. Smells great, tastes great.Tip: Put in your food near the end of cooking to get the most flavor.If you put it in while cooking the heat tends to subdue the taste.

I've learned to love garlic a lot. This is grown in the US which I like. The only thing that was 'testy' is that it took a while for it to get here......but, still worth waiting for!!

I love this granulated garlic. The smell and taste is perfect and potent.Granulated in my opinion is better for cooking, especially dishes intended to have a nice garlic flavor.Best part it is American grown garlic from California.I use it everyday and recommend anyone who likes real garlic in their food to use it as well.

I grow my own Gallic about 150 of them. I tried drawing them. and granulating them. it's just not worth it the quality of this granulated garlic is superior. and it's a product of California. not China
