Recently I got a bunch of these little G4 connector LED's to test which I like the best. This is the only "Cool White" lamp I tested and it blew everything else out of the water. It is better made, brighter, more solid and better packaged than any other I got. There are 72 individual LEDs, 20 more than the nearest competitor. The LEDs are spaced close together and meld into one super bright spot rather than being individually visible. The entire assembly is encased in silicone and is very sturdy. I will need more as this only came in a 2 pack but this is for sure the light I will use in my camper when it is complete.For my testing purposes I dod not actually use a 12 Volt DC power source as you should with these lamps, I used 8 AA batteries in serial with a little switch and a generic ceramic G4 socket. You may get slightly brighter results with a proper 12 Volt power source.I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.

Overall the product looked decent when arriving small package which included; two led vehicle bulbsThe price is fantastic for these decent great working functioning led bulbs. Below I have listed some pros and cons based on my personal review of this product. Light is very bright, and workeid with 24 VAC, but, pin spacing is 3mm and G4 spec calls for 4mm Base is larger than body of bulb, which is not common with G4 bulbs. Net effect was that I had to modify the fixture to use the bulb. Because I like the brightness, I did it, but if you can't do that sort of thing, be ready for "won't fit" issues.

bright lights with no heat! Perfect replacement for an old Ikea halogen lamp which was always scorchingly hot! And no UV light with this bulb so you do not need a UV filter!

These are great! The fact that they can be driven by AC or DC, and by a wide voltage range, makes them very versatile. And they're very bright!

Not nearly as bright as advertised

These lights are bright, I mean BRIGHT. Living with solar you look for ways to conserve your batteries, don't use anything that uses a lot of current and these LED's are a great. The low power consumption does not contribute to draining the batteries (3 Watts rated). These lights are small and they are also completely encased in a clear, soft silicone type material so they are completely sealed. I also notice that you can install these in either direction, meaning, most LED's are polarity sensitive, they can only work one way, it's a Diode that's their nature, so if you plug one into a socket and it doesn't work just turn it over and you're good. These bulbs will work either way, there is no wrong way. Another great thing about LED's is the life span, 50,000 hours that's almost 6 years 24/7. Not bad for a bright little device that measures approximate 2 inches long. They come packaged in a small box, packed inside static sensitive bag, packed inside another box, so the things are well protected.We received this product for free/discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
