S600 Set - Original Speed ​​Badminton/Crossminton Starter Set Including 2 Rackets, 3 Speeder, Speedlights, Bag

These have become my fiancee and my favorite travel/backyard game. All that's needed are the rackets and the speeders. The speeders are incredibly satisfying to hit (they whistle while they fly!) The rackets are light and sturdy. The bag they come in is convenient (fits both rackets and had a shoulder strap.)The 3 speeders that come with set are the perfect combination for starting out. The "fun speeder" (shortest range) is good for smaller spaces and practicing aim. The "match" speeder has great range and is extremely satisfying to hit. (It flies far and whistles a bit when you hit it well.) The "night" speeder seemed like a silly gimmick at first, but it's great when you're trying to play at twilight. (It's impossible to lose track of a glowing speeder.) Even if you don't use the night speeder's glow sticks, it works well as a backup match speeder. The "wind ring" is good for its advertised purpose (stabilizing the speeder during windy conditions), but it's also good for adding a bit of range to the fun speeder. (On its own, the fun speeder can be tricky since there's less range/time to react.)The rackets are great quality and well worth the price tag. The frame is light and sturdy. They're well-strung. The handles are extremely comfortable and have weathered copious amounts of hand sweat so far.This is a great set and a fun game. The best part is how easy it is to say, "Hey, want to play a few rounds?" Just grab the rackets and a speeder, head outside, and you're ready to go!

These need space to play. Think of about the size of a tennis court, but skinnier. because basically that’s how it is played minus the net. It’s really fun giving them a good wack and the birdies and rackets are top notch. They fly true and don’t go shooting off in abstract directions.A big hit with kids and adults. Love it!

I live in area where normally there is a medium breeze hence Badminton was out of equation. Got this speedminton instead and its super fun. Value for money.You can attach the wind ring on the back of the speeder and it works out well where there is mild to medium breeze. The most fun part is can play at night as well by connecting speed lights to the speeder.Works for all age however its more fun for 8 and above.

Just FYI, we are 65 and 63 years old so may not reflect the same view as those much younger than us. Some have noted that they enjoy using without a net. We tried with and without net and much more enjoy using with our badminton net. We were able to volley, back and forth, much longer and hit with more force with these "Speedminton" rackets than with standard badminton rackets. It was just a more confident swing and volly with these. Even though we both felt that we were hitting with more force, we did not notice that the birdie went any further. It was just a more confident hit and felt more tennis like in the swing. We very much like these.

Great to play even with wind!. The racket is little bit heavy it would have been great if they can provide a lighter version of it. However its totally worth buying this set to play.

We are enjoying Speedminton a lot, the quality of these products is far superior to the typical badminton products. What you need to know… this set S600 is a full sized set and the birdies are smaller and much harder than normal badminton birdies. They will go a lot further it comes with different kinds of birdies that will go from 40’ to 80’.If you do not have 40’, the “fun” set is a junior set. It comes with the slowest birdie the helicopter and undersized racquets. The birdie starts of fast but slows dramatically within 20’.We have been playing at night with the included glow stick that goes into the birdie. You can also get 100 light sticks for under $10 and use a few to make glowing court lines. (glowsticks vivii 100)

Use in driveway. Kids and adults. I used to play with my tennis buddy while waiting for our court. Great way to start kids to enjoy ball and racquet sports. Start a new Serena or Jimmy C.
