This is a good, but not great probiotic. Here is why:First, This brand of probiotic is not "shelf stable". Meaning that in order to get the full value you must keep it refrigerated, and there is a good chance that the 5.75 billion CFU is actually less than that by the time it sits on the manufacture's shelf and gets processed and shipped to you. Its a good idea to only buy this type of probiotic when you can buy it in a physical store that has it refrigerated so you can take it home and keep it refrigerated as well.Second, The best part of this probiotic formula is the Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria strands seem to be the one most recommend. Sometimes you will see brands with anywhere from 10-50 billion CFU. Normally those are not as beneficial because they have so many different strands, the quantity is very low. Sometimes we tend to think that more is better, but that's not true with probiotics. That being said, this particular brand has a good amount of both the Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria.I have personally taken these for a while now and have seen good results. I believe this product is doing its job. That being said its not a bad product at all. Is it the best you can buy? Probably not. But is definitely far from the worst. I hope this review was helpful. Well its a subject I don't care to talk about but a lot of people have it these days lazy bow syndrome. I have it really bad so I have to take something every day if i want to be regular i take it before bed, because I'm not eating while I am asleep it's the best time for me. I also double the amount of any medication I take for going to bathroom. I have suffered with this for more than 25 years, but it got worse when I started taking pain medication. The thing I like about the Probiotics is you don't cramp up its a more natural choice. The other thing is probiotics it doesn't give you the..... runs. I did some close ups of the bottle so you can read what the ingredients are and the directions i hope you can see them.I got this product for free in return.
