They work & wash nicely
Worked for protection on our dobermans hocks. Washable too. Get multiples, they work.

Nice leg warmers but...
I always order these leg warmers for my dogs because they fit well and are very comfortable. However, I've noticed that the thread tends to fray after a few uses, and I wish the threading was reinforced for better durability.

Good for wound care
These are just what we needed to help my kitty heal. He has open sores on his hind legs from an allergy rash. After the bandages were removed he is now in a cone to keep him from re-opening the scabs. We’re using these cute leg warmers a few times during the day to give him a break from the cone and still protect the scabs. The leg warmers are loose and gentle in the middle, and a little tighter in the ends to keep them on. These are size L for an 8.5 lb cat and were stretchy enough to get them on without irritation (I could get my two index fingers in and still stretch them wide enough to get his leg in without too much contact with the wound). They did slide down past his ankle once during some intense play but generally stay put above the ankle. I have not seen them slide down off the paw yet.

Don't stay on!
I got these for my cat who doesn't stop chewing on his rear right leg. Firstly, they were really hard to get on, past his claws on his foot, then after I got them on, pulled them up, literally two minutes later I found it laying on the floor. It took him that short time to get out of it. It wasn't because it was too big, it was the right size for his weight and measurements. He just was able to get it off, the houdini that he is. I'm going to try to put something at the top, maybe some of that stretch bandage to hold it a bit more in place. It seemed like a good idea, but it didn't work on my guy.

Didn't fit my dog
My dog's knee is very close to her very wide thigh said these did not fit. Wish they had because I wanted something warm due to her patella limp, especially in the cold.

Look what I used these for!!
I used these to cover the handles on my elliptical trainer. I don’t use the bigger handles that work your arms. Otherwise, I’d order another set in a bigger size as those are bigger in circumference. The ones I have on my elliptical trainer are a medium. I did not find any other handle covers that I liked, or I felt were worth purchasing, so I pondered trying to come up with something that would have the shape of, or conform to the shape of, the handles on my elliptical trainer. My handles stay dirt and sweat-free and they won’t wear out and fade with these on them. One of the four in the pack started to unravel, but I think one of my nails got caught on it while slipping it on the machine. I think these look really cute on my machine.

Not well made??
They’re just as pictured and just the right size. Got them for my cat to prevent him from gnawing at his legs and tail since he’s been dealing with hot spots. But when I turned the socks inside out it looked so messy and bulky so I ran my fingers against the black and literally all of the thread came off??? All 4 of them were like that I literally threw out so much black thread just from brushing it off with my finger. Not sure about using them now cause I’m afraid my cat will end up eating the pieces of thread still falling off them :/

Prevents leg licking
I have a dog who overgrooms her front legs, and can cause open wounds. These little leg warmers are the perfect solution, as opposed to a full body dog shirt. They are mighty adorable too!
