Well built
Installed on my 5.7L 2013 Toyota Tundra works like OEM

Fit perfectly and does the job.
I was skeptical of the price, just replaced my old dayco tensioner in my 2014 tundra, works great, no more squeaky belt thank god, will update after a few hundred miles or so. Right now all signs pointing up!

Works but not great
Installed like stock and ran fine for 35 days. After the return window it started rattling and squealing. I ordered a Dayco Toyota replacement that is $30 more. Save yourself some time and spend the extra money so your not switching it out 35 days later. 2007 tundra 5.7

Don’t buy! Use OEM!
I don’t normally do this, but I was in a tight spot and figured I’d save a few bucks ordering the A-Premium Belt Tensioner Assembly with Pulley (Replaces# 89378 166200S010 166320S010) on 9/25/21 because my alternator died. I received it 10/2/21. Installed it on 10/5/21 along with new Dayco Idler Pulley (p/n: 89502), Bando Belt (8PK2410 OEM Quality Serpentine), and locally rebuilt alternator. I noticed a squeaking sound 6/22/22 and did the water test verifying it wasn’t the belt. The squeak progressively turned into it SHRIEKING LIKE A MOUNTAIN LION OVER ITS KILL! It happened when engine was at idle and went away when revving the engine because that creates belt tension, eliminating the need for the belt tensioner. That’s how I knew the tensioner was bad. I ordered the right factory part from Amazon and received it 2/4/23. I installed it this morning. Took about 30 minutes. Tested it: No noise whatsoever. The part I installed was the Dayco. It’s a Toyota OEM supplier that’s factory spec and labeled just like my original that lasted 109k miles.Tools needed:Belt removal tool14mm socket3/8 ratchet3” extension12mm socket6mm Allen key head socketLearn from my mistake. Save a Buck on wipers or windshield fluid. Spend the money on OEM parts and good tires.

Good quality
Pretty good quality. Not very familiar with brand but if your on a budget why not? I took side by side pictures before I had put it on and it’s pretty identical to the oem one which is made by dayco.

Does NOT last
It became crooked due to the tension spring in under nine months and now has to be replaced again.

Bigger problem now with the new tensioner
I enjoy waking up the neighbors with a squealing belt. I was hoping it would work after a week or so but now I have to save up for a new one because my return time has passed.
