Melissa & Doug Disney Wooden Peg Puzzles Set: Letters, Numbers, and Shapes and Colors

I understand the alphabet is all about disney characters but it is not appropriate to use especially if the toddlers are going to use it. Let’s say for example in letter F, the drawing is a cat so kids will say, F for cat?!? Because they dont know that the cat’s name is Felix. I highly suggest that they change it and use common objects/animals for each letters. I am throwing away my alphabet and keeping the shapes&numbers. I cannot even give it to some one coz for sure their kids will get confused as much as mine does.

I purchased a farm animals puzzle board like this and loved it . The pieces were very thick and durable . I decided to purchase this and the quality was far less durable than i thought . Pieces are rather small and thin .the shapes board i think is the best of the 3 because when u take the piece out it shows what’s supposed to go there to help child learn

My 1.5yr old son loves Mickey Mouse so much right now and loved some no name puzzles I had gotten him a while back, so I decided to give these a shot... he LOVES them so much. He has gotten so much use out of them. The pegs on the pieces make it easy for him to put pieces in and take them out. The only downside of the alphabet puzzle is that some of the letter spots arent shaped like the letters, I just get around it by telling him the letter he is holding and then asking him to find the character the corresponds with it.

I see lots of people complaining that these puzzles are thin. Well if you actually know what a peg board puzzle is, you know that compared to the chunky puzzles, yes they're thin. They're still good quality, and durable.Bought these for my two year old once the chunky puzzles became easy for him. The alphabet one is too hard for him but he can do the other two. I also went with these ones because when we do these puzzles I can teach him about letters, numbers, shapes and colours.The price is great. These are $9.98 each at Walmart so you are getting a good deal. I recommend.

This bundle is way cheaper than the other M&D bundles and I would even say cuter. I plan on gifting these to a couple other toddler puzzle lovers for Christmas
