Are these headphones volume restricted? I read in a review that they are, but it doesn't say this anywhere on here

Pay very close attention to the model you are ordering. There is a kid’s version which is volume-limited, and the description only differs by one word, easy to be looking at the wrong one.. These are not limited.

How long is the cable jack on this product? I will be using these at work and I want to make sure it's long enough between me and my computer tower.

The cable should be effective enough to provide ample distance between you and your computer tower, given you are close enough to not have to move away on a rolling chair (which could snatch it straight from the tower) the cord is about 3-4 ft (give or take) and pretty durable as its braided nylon and not the other type of rubber or plastic material. It has (as stated in its discription on the box) a in-line mic, 45 degree 3.5 mm jack and it's tangle free, cool colors... You should be good to go... With great sound, noise cancelling functionality, compact, light wieght, and not bad for the price.

Is there a regular cable for the wireless ones?

No. It's not equipped with an 3.5mm audio input jack. It has a micro USB port for power charging. A four foot long USB to micro USB is included
