I had different thoughts about this product. People have coined the phrase " Not what I expected " Not me. I have high expectations for Dalstrong, as I have some of their other products and have found them to be superior to most all others, in their price range. What I thought... The blade was not as thick as I thought it was. Photos look different to me. It is not " razor sharp " Very close but upon inspection of the edge a person can clearly see it is flat. I guess I was expecting the edge to be as razor sharp as my other Dalstrong knives. I am NOT complaining about it, as the edge is very sharp. The construction is second to none, as I DO expect from Dalstrong, and I am NOT disappointed in the least. In the photo, one can see the parts. What I AM disappointed in is the screws are dirty. It feels like there is sand in the threads. Rolling the blade, it feels gritty as well. The blade wobbled a bit so I tightened the screw a bit, but it still wobbles slightly. I still may get a thin shim washer and add it, but it certainly isn't a show stopper for me. UNLIKE any pizza cutter I have ever seen, this is very easy to clean because you can easily take it apart and reassemble it. I waited a long time to get my product, as it was not available. End of day... I am not disappointed in the least, and am super happy with it. It is pricy, but I highly ,recommend it. Is it worth the money? ABSOLUTELY!!! Yet again, Dalstrong did not disappoint! Easy 5 stars from me.

You get what you pay for, and this is worth paying for. Sure, you can get cheaper pizza wheels, but... we've all used cheap pizza cutters and they're just annoying. They dull quickly, they require a lot of pressure, they're hard to clean, the cheap plastic handles break.... you won't have any of those problems with this pizza cutter. It is heavy and feels very solid in your hands. It comes with a blade cover, which is great, because this bad boy has some serious cutting power. OK, it isn't going scalpel sharp, but you don't need surgical precision when cutting pizzas. We really enjoy this pizza cutter and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for something that will last.

This thing is possibly the coolest Pizza Cutter in the world!Its super strong, heavy, sharp, and has a very nice handle.This is not your normal pizza cutter its a damn champ!

It does the job well enough but it could have certainly came with a better edge on it. I wish they spent less money on the ostentatious packaging and put a nicer edge on wheel. I had to sharpen mine with a whetstone and it’s a much more difficult process to sharpen a wheel than knife, you really need to know what you’re doing.

I was looking for a replacement cutter. Most cutters are ok- but not anything exceptional.I found this. Granted, the brand has a good reputation but it is expensive- so I took the plunge and invest in this cutter. It is an investment- treat it as such.First, it is heavy and it is balanced. It fits well in the hand. It feels that it would have no problem cutting pizza crust in one pass.Second, it’s relatively sharp. It’s not sharp like a knife but it isn’t so dull that you feel you have to go through the crust several times to cut it. The weight of the cutter helps in cutting. Unfortunately, under the care/ usage instructions- I have to adjust how much pressure I use since I use a pizza stone and there are precautions on using on hard objects while cutting to preserve the blade’s edge.The included blade guard is a nice touch while putting it in your kitchen drawer to prevent any damage to the blade.Third- disassembly is easy. Again be careful not to drop or roughly handle the blade. There is a small nylon/plastic gasket that can easily get lost. So have a nice surface to disassemble it so you don’t loose it or have a steady supply of gaskets to replace them.Fourth- cleaning is easy. Referring to the above- you can disassemble it ( as opposed to others).Overall- buy this. Invest in this. Maybe switch to this brand to upgrade your kitchen tools.

Bought it as a gift and worth the cost. Heavy duty, packaged well, and expect it to last a life time.

The pizza cutter is my latest from Dalstrong, i cannot fault it at all. The weight is nice and heavy, the blade glides through pizza and it's aesthetically pleasing. 5/5 from me!
