My household collectively all was looking for something that would clean our scalp but wouldn't irritate it like other shampoos do. We all have sensitive skin so it usually burns. We all were genuinely amazed on how gentle and effective this was. It also left our hair still moisturized and bouncy. A lot of shampoos will make our hair super brittle and straw like. Its been difficult to find something that actually prevents build up but still keeps hair soft. We all have mixed hair types so definitely works for straight, wavy and curly hair. I purchased this product because I have seborrheic dermatitis and found it on a list of the best shampoo/conditioner products for it. I have curly hair, type 3A/3B, and it is color-treated.First off, the scent. It smells excellent - a little minty, but mostly fresh & clean. The bottle is nice and sleek and looks pretty if that is something that matters to you!I used it yesterday for the first time, and I am over the moon with how well it worked. I do not feel any dry/flaky patches on my hair (I used this in tandem with a shampoo massager). Today, my hair feels SO soft and my scalp feels fresh & clean and isn't itchy or dry. My hair is also super manageable the next day after sleeping on it, which is not something that always happens - it's not frizzy at all and is SUPER shiny and did I say SOFT?? I think I found my new holy grail - a must have if you have seborrheic dermatitis!

First of all, I love that this shampoo is free of dyes, synthetic fragrance, sulfates, parabens, & phthalates. It has a nice minty smell and when I let it sit for 2-3 minutes on my scalp, I usually feel a bit of the tingle sensation, which means I know it's working. My hair doesn't feel stripped after using - exciting to continue trying it.
