The taste is horrid!
Not sure if it's really helping me in any way. My skin may be slightly clearer. Otherwise, I can not really see or tell much of a difference. I am on my second shipment, this time I tried the Apple flavor-- both are pretty gross. I drink it as a shot and try to chase it with anything I have to drink.

It did have some Benefits!!!
I've been using Youth H2O for over a year and have noticed benefits. For example, my hair has increased in growth and grew very long and healthy. I am 42 years old. My hairstylist has noticed the fast growth as well. My nails and eyelashes have also increased in growth. I do notice a difference in energy. As far as my appetite suppression or help with my metabolism, I didn't see a significant change. I will continue to use until I find something better!

It was OK for getting your vitamins in
I purchased this once. I honestly didn't see an improvement in anything, but I liked that I was taking my vitamins.

Makes me constipated if i take too much but makes my skin feel plump and moist love it...nails and hair do well too...but i can only take half a cap every other day...

Finally a weight loss product that works!!
I found this product to be amazing. It actually does everything it says it does with no side effects. I took with food - so the taste was not that bad to me. It definitely helped to decrease my appetite as well as gave me energy. I recommend this product highly.

I heard about the product through my facebook, a couple of people were saying they swore by it and I said well the ingrediants seem to all add up to natural so why not try it...I purchased a month's supply and felt normal, Yes the ingrediants are super antioxidant heaven but I personally just felt normal. I live a pretty balanced healthy lifestyle so maybe that's why I didn't feel a change in my energy levels or skin or nothing really but it might work for someone else who needs help with the 'get going'. As far as taste goes, it was extremely disgusting at first but after a week the refrigerated Youth H2O is okay!
