Although I had been working out regularly and eating a great healthy diet, I could not get rid of my belly fat that came with menopause, then I took this and my protruding belly disappeared! I don't even have to work out and the belly weight stays off. It was pretty instant too. It is a great product, I would definitely recommend trying it.

This fat burner did help lose a stubborn 4 pounds. Although it did cause a little bit of insomnia.

Not sure these worked or not. I definitely felt less bloated but they made me hungrier so I stopped after 1 bottle when I saw the price increase. Didn’t think it was worth that much

I’m not sure if I like this yet. I’ve been talking it for a month and see or feel no difference. I do feel like it cuts my appetite a little. I took 3 one day and I felt the best that one time, however, I tried asking HUM directly if taking three would be okay and if trying a second full month would be best but they never got back to me. I think I’ll try a second full month and see if I notice a difference in addition to eating well and working out.I came back to update this review. It doesn’t work. I stopped using it and My weight loss was consistent with calorie deficit and working out. This fat burner is unnecessary. The only time I liked it was when I’d take two at once you can feel the appetite decrease. Other than that don’t waste your money.

I use this with the flatter me hum and it does reduce bloating. Do I feel an increase in metabolism? It might be too soon to know but I do wake up with a flatter stomach in the morning
