Saved my Macbook for $8.99
This cable was just a little long for my 2013 Macbook Pro, but I scrunched it up just a little at each end, and it worked like a charm, first try. This cable plus a 3-minute YouTube video saved my Macbook from a frustrating lifetime of external keyboards and mice. Highly recommend.

Didn’t work
My keyboard and trackpad stopped working on my macbook, and after a software update and trying other things first, nothing worked. Bought this, replaced the cable, and my trackpad went from me being able to click it to it locked completely with no movement. My keyboard also did not work. I tried reinstalling it a few times with no luck. After a few days, I put the original trackpad cable back in and it worked normally again. 😑 I’m not too upset about spending $8 on this, but woulda been nice if it did work! Still beats buying a whole new laptop. No more external keyboard and mouse.

Cable is too long
As per another reviewer, the cable is too long. You have to put a sharp crease in both ends to make it fit beneath the cover. There is potential for the cable to fail at either of these sharp bends in the future. The cable did solve my problem despite the long length.

I got a bad cable, ended up taking the laptop to a repair shopand they confirmed that it isn't a good replacement.

Mala calidad.
Es entendible que por el costo sea un producto de baja calidad, pero, si es demasiado baja la calidad, se deforma con extrema facilidad y entra en corto muy facilmente por lo que se debe instalar con extrema precaución y aun asi, falla muy rapido.

Fixed issues with MacBook trackpad and keyboard
My MacBook Pro 2015’s trackpad and keyboard stopped working a couple of years ago and I was having to use an external keyboard and mouse. A friend of mine had the same issue and used this wire to fix the issue. They were then able to fix mine too. We have both used this and now our MacBooks are back to working completely as normal.
