Followed all the directions (which were harshly translated and hard to understand), and I downloaded the exact app it said would connect the watch to my phone via Bluetooth. The watch and my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge find eachother on Bluetooth but will not pair. It's unfortunate because the watch looks like it would work great, but it's useless if it won't pair to my phone. I've tried everything.

Cheap cheap cheap knockoff knocked off and then probably refurbished and returned and then scrapped and then magically found and harvested and cleaned up and once again repackaged and then more cheapy cheaper cheaperton knockoff dropped in a train and then kicked out the doors and somehow fell through the rails and then ran over by a car and nibbled on by pretty much every 4 legged animal and a couple 2 legged.. Well... I guess animals would work for them too. Then they were taken away and hidden and then sold for pretty much nothing and then spit polished and photographed and posted here for someone to buy it and almost immediately regret it.👎So who's the winner here huh?

I bought this for my wife based on reviews and it arrived very quick. My wife has a Samsung s5 and we could not get it to work great. It would drop Bluetooth signal all the time and could not get text messages either. We tried different apps to get it to work as well with no luck. We thought maybe it was her phone so we tried it on my Samsung s6 and had the same results.

My watch arrived with the upper band (the one with the metal clasp) detached from the watch. I was about to attach it until I noticed that a small piece of plastic had broken loose at the point of insertion (which no doubt accounted for the loose strap). At this point, I abandoned the project, knowing that re-attachment of the band was a lost cause.I'm disappointed because, despite the low price, the reviews are positive, indicating that some purchasers have been able to use the watch for sending and receiving messages. Nevertheless, I question whether those same reviewers will have the same positive feelings about the watch after a few months. The 2 spindles for insertion of the band are the thinnest I've ever seen--more like "needles" than secure holding pins. Moreover, the plastic on the watch seems quite vulnerable to breakage. Finally, the print of the instruction manual is the tiniest I've ever seen--made for young and perfect eyes (all the same, have a magnifying glass handy).I would have been satisfied with several months' use, which would have been enough to help me decide whether or not to invest in an Apple Watch.

Received this today. Set up is easy. It's a decent looking watch. Touchscreen works great. Clarity of calls is surprisingly clear. The downfall to this watch is the Bluetooth constantly disconnects. It's very frustrating. Also, I cannot get text messages to display. It states to install BT Notifier which I did.

It shows the time but battery rarely last a day even when I hardly check the time and it didn't pair with my phone. It didn't show any message or missed calls. I use it just for the watch now.

For the money it's a decent gadget, my complain is I can not figure out how to hear the music. It says it is playing and I see where it is but no sound is coming out. I have the volume turned up to max but no noise.

Out standing had to send it back but got another one for my daughter and after two returns we go one that wasn't deffestive and it works great awesome products
