Best pizza dough!
My son got a pizza oven for Christmas and it’s been a mess trying to find the right dough recipe! This flour is my go to! It’s perfect and makes the perfect pizza dough! The texture is amazing. It smells amazing and it’s a huge bag so you get what you pay for!

Great for baking, pasta and consistency
I have this flour on auto ship every three months. If you bake a lot it’s good flour to use and it has worked well for all my breads, donuts and pastas.

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve bought this over and over again to make bread and pizza crust. I have a gluten intolerance that causes inflammation but love fresh homemade bread and I can eat this everyday without issues!! Great value for the price and the bread made with this flower tastes amazing! I can’t say enough great things about this!

It is better than any US flour…
I started buying this product because it is authentically Italian and we want nothing to do with flour from the USA. I make sourdough bread weekly and sourdough pasta with this flour. I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Price points is a little high, but you get what you pay for in the scenario. Our family digestive systems have incredibly improved. We did keto for over a year and decided we wanted to included carbs back into the diet, but didn’t want to go the white flour route. We are losing weight and feeling healthy while we eat bread and pasta without digestive issues. Our digestive systems have greatly improved and can wholeheartedly say it is because of the addition of sourdough bread made with this flour. While I’m a big fan of keeping things low on the glycemic index, it is really difficult to maintain a diet without any of your favorites such as bread or pasta, well not anymore! Strongly suggest anyone with tummy troubles we’re looking for alternatives to white Processed carbohydrates do some research on the flour they are eating and look into Italian flour and the benefits of sourdough. This is a great flower to use for the starter as well. Sourdough is lower on the glycemic index is actually considered a fermented food which is great for gut health. The fermentation process actually changes the structure of the carbohydrate. Not only is it more digestible it helps with the flora of the stomach. So to thumbs up for this Italia, all natural Polselli flour.
