Unless you're wearing these in big shoes like boots they don't really work. If you're wearing trainers or smaller shoes they lift your heel up so much so that they are somewhat half in and half out of the shoe. Boots it works fine though.

Bought these as I'm a tiny lady planning to cosplay as a much taller character in flat shoes. They certainly do their job in adding a little boost as well as being very comfortable if you've got high arches like me and can't wear flats easily. They're very light and bouncy.Main downside is they're not very suitable for shallow shoes as they push your foot up and out a fair bit. Boots however, especially if they're on the big side, are ideal for these. Also, I assumed you could have the option of just using the smaller layer by itself and while you *can*, it's ridged and not softly covered like the other one and isn't as comfortable so it may be better under a full insole or thick socks - just a heads up!

I never even knew something like this existed until I had to search for something to increase my height on my right root to match the height of a moon boot I had to wear. Don't underestimate the heigyof a moon boot and the impact that has on your back. I started to get siactica and knew it was because I was walking unbalanced. I came across this product and I actually only needed the main inersole in the boots I was wearing. But it was good to have the other two increasers incase a different pair of shoes needed extra. Make a huge difference to my back and saved me from chronic pain for 8 weeks.

I recently ruptured my gastrocnemius (which is a muscle in your calf). This has meant I’ve been unable to walk or drive. The physio at the hospital recommended heel lifts so I bought these. They’ve helped me to improve my mobility and they’re excellent value for money. In shoes likes trainers it does elevate your foot so that you can see your heel above the back of the shoe but for me that’s not really an issue as up until I got these walking without crutches wasn’t really very easy. I’m happy with my purchase.

very neat design, the height increase is significant when the entire 2 sections are both used, word of warning when used with certain kinds of shoes (specifically suit/smart shoes) I have found It has been only possible to wear the smallest height increase as otherwise, your heel does not fit comfortably inside the shoe. Also, it has a reasonably small width meaning for shoes with a larger width (skater shoes heavy duty work boot) it slides around making it a tad uncomfortable. Other than the points stated above I have found this item to do exactly as stated and be very comfortable, you just may need to adjust depending on the shoe your wearing, otherwise good value for money

The advertised picture is incorrect. The insoles on the advertised picture are not the same I got. The picture shows different insoles which I bought from another seller 6 month ago and they are good quality. The insoles I got are poorer quality. Please see my pictures - the shorter insoles are mine (top) - longer the seller (bottom).

Great item. You have to make sure you put them in the correct shoe as they look very similar and are uncomfortable in the wrong one.

Excellent product. Anyone needing height should buy this product. Women and men.You need a deep shoe in order to get a good fit. I bought it for height for wedding pictures instead of stupid high heals, which hurt not only your feet but cause knee problems.The service was A one and quality of product excellent. A must buy.
