Worked great, gradual slope makes heel lift feel seamless
Great design and quality. Slides right into my blazers and sits snugly against the heel. Has a very gradual slope that matches actual lifters, making the transition from the heel to the forefoot extremely natural, and the half inch raise is a great compromise to turn flats into lifters.I have super flat feet, 0 arch at all. Not really related as this only raises the heel, but it works well for me despite my flat feet.

Stable in heal, does not move while lifting.
Very comfortable, as you lift and walk about.Easy to use.

Great for people looking into weightlifting shoes!
I got these inserts for my shoes because I wanted to ease my way to a higher heel and would eventually be getting lifters. These inserts have really helped me in my lifts, especially front squats. The heel height isn't too high so the changes don't really throw you off, but you can still feel the difference in your lifts. I also wear these for front squats, goblet squats, or wall balls during a workout and they have really helped. I even used them during a workout with double unders and had no issues. Would definitely recommend if you want something to help you slowly transition to lifters or if you need a little extra something for your conditioning WODs.

Worth the $$$$
So I’ve always used Olympic lifting shoes for the elevated heel, but all 3 of the shoes I’ve had don’t give me enough height to really notice(my mobility in my ankles sucks lol). After adding these to my squat shoes it’s night and day difference.. I can’t comfortably get into the bottom of a squat easily. Add them to your existing squat shoes!

Seem to work pretty good
I purchased these lifts because of some third party websites that recommended them for crossfit. I appreciate that the bottoms have some small cleats to prevent the lifts from sliding. In testing the cleats seem to accomplish this pretty well. No issues with them sliding.Note the bottom of these is a bit waffle pattern/hollow. When i tested these with 275 on bb squat, the lifts appear to bend a bit into more of a natural heel cup, which I actually prefer for increasing heel stability. The downside is you might loose a mm of the advertised lift. Again this is okay, because with regular weightlifting trainer shoes, too high a lift can lift you out of the heel box of the shoe.In testing, I personally found these lifts helped my range of motion with squat and cleans. I plan to take them out for cardio and all other gym lifts besides squat, clean, and snatch.

Saved my sneakers that I don't like to squat in
When you first put it on it feels hard, within a minute you don't notice it's there anymore, except that of course you are squatting much better because of the heel lift. This saved my TYR sneakers that I was avoiding for any workout with squats. Now I can squat in my favorite sneakers! Highly recommend. I am female size 41 and bought M.

Lifts Your Heels To Help Get Deeper Squats
Solid material that doesn't compress. Elevates heels to help you get a bit deeper in your squat. You won't notice too much of a difference when walking with them. I put them a pair of Converse sneakers for squatting.

Worth it, buy them!
I was looking for something to help with my squatting depth and wanted to work on my ankle mobility but didn’t want to commit to expensive weightlifting shoes. These work like a charm, definitely worth it for the price and make my squat feel so much smoother. I just pop them in my vans and go. Would definitely recommend if you are in a similar situation!
