I was a little leary to purchase these on line for my hearing aids, but thought I'd give it a try. They are genuine Oticon brand.

Oticon filters shipped different from advertised.
Changed what was ordered. Filters received defective, some either didn't work or only lasted one or two days

The pack that I got has two tools that could not insert the new filter. Removal was fine but insertion did not attach at all.

One of the filters was missing so only received 5 out of 6
I feel like we should get a discount for receiving an incomplete product.It is supposed to contain 6 and I only got 5.Hearing aids weren't working and I really needed these so couldn't take the time to return product and get a new set shipped.On the plus side, the product did work and hearing aids are working again.
