I have finished taking a full bottle of this product and what I have noticed is that my skin and hair improved so much, my energy level especially in the morning has gone up and my pain level after a hard day's work in my yard the previous day is gone the next morning. My hair growth was faster than normal, and my facial skin feels more supple and smooth even though I am usually outdoor working in our yard/garden. My energy level has also improved. Usually, it is hard to get up early most mornings, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels so much so that I just get up and go.
