Heissner 016846-05 Villa Fontania Water Feature - Grey

Was Birthday present for me from my brother, first one arrived smashed so ordered another. Second one looked fine until unpacked and put on patio, then all the cracks could be seen. Amazon were very helpful but because of the material the water features were made of wasn’t practical to return so I had to dispose of two large and very heavy water features. I’m still without my water feature not chancing a third one of these, very disappointed

The item was delivered to my house in bits and now I am expected to arrange for and pay for its return before I receive my refund. Utterly disappointing

It looks OK when working, especially at night, but I cannot recommend it. I am constantly having to top it up or take it apart to maintain it and it is getting to be more trouble than it is worth. I have owned it for 2 years and had to replace the transformer, light unit and connecting cable which all failed. The inlet pipe for the cables for the light and pump is situated directly below the hole where the water returns to the reservoir, so I have had to cover this with a plastic bottle to prevent water running onto the ground. The surface of the grey plastic tray started to peel within months; this is unsightly and difficult to conceal. The water attracts birds, which I love to see, but this produces a small amount of debris which is enough to block the pump inlet as the pump is a low volume unit. The feature has to be dismantled to remedy this.

B- Ware!!!Der Brunnen wurde mit abgebrochener Platte und gerissenem Brunnen (Kugel) und auch ohne Stecker geliefert. Wenn 3 von 3 Brunnen ohne Stecker und teilweise beschädigt geliefert werden, hat der Hersteller Heissner B-Ware vertrieben. Da nutzt der gute Preis auch nichts.

Mein Brunnen kam zersprungen an, was als Transportschaden nicht in die Bewertung einfließt. Ob er aber auch beim normalen Gebrauch leicht zerbrechlich wäre, kann ich nicht sagen.Der Brunnen an sich ist echt schön und zum reduzierten Preis ein Schnäppchen. Optik, Haptik und Gewicht erinnern echt an Stein, was bei vielen anderen in der Größe und Preisklasse nicht der Fall ist. Er ist ziemlich schwarz, auch die Platte, die oben nur aufliegt, und innen hohl (Wasserspeicher) Allerdings muss man die beiliegende Pumpe selbst durch ein Rohr in der Mitte stecken und mit Strom versorgen, es liegt aber neben einigen anderen Teilen nur ein offenes Kabel ohne Stecker bei. Das ist mir schon zu kompliziert für ein 'Komplett-Set'.Ich verzichte daher auf ein Ersatzprodukt.
