Excellent System. Good quality.
I bought this product after reading various reviews and watching a couple of YouTube videos. It is a very well made and solid piece of kit. Ease of installation is very much bike dependent and the extent to which you want cables to be routed and concealed. The individual parts however connect together well and you can't really get the connections wrong. The only down-side is that the camera mounts are made of plastic. BEWARE: Over-tightening them can cause them to split. You only need tighten the clamps so that the rubber (anti-vibration?) collar prevents the camera moving. When I reported mine had broken, their customer services sent me a replacement the same day.Video quality is excellent. It is beautifully clear and there is a wide angle of view. The easy to find video files for each camera are stored on the SD card (separate purchase) in their own directories/folders. They have names that show the start date and time each video begins. A rough calculation based on file sizes suggests that a 128Gb SD card will hold about 12 hours worth of video.I haven't yet fitted the GPS module yet but this is a useful feature which, if used, should identifying where a videoed sequence was recorded. Given the length of time for which you can capture videos I haven't found the need for the remote switch unit. The app allows you to save a particular video against deletion if you want to. I might instal it at a later date if I find it necessary to my mode of use.Yes, I am impressed with this product.

Excellent camera but even better customer support.
I bought this Vsysto B2 1080p motorcycle dashcam system almost a year ago. I am absolutely delighted with the quality and performance of the system, its very well made and you certainly won't be disappointed with it. As soon as you start to unpack the box you can tell that this is a top quality item, a bit like the feeling you get when opening the box of an expensive top quality cell phone. The picture quality and ease of use are incredible. But it doesn't end there. So why am I writing this review almost a year after I bought it? Well, my camera was struck by a small stone which was thrown up by a car in front. I noticed the problem because the normally sharp HD images from the front camera had become quite blurred and out of focus so I looked closely at the camera and discovered the damage, see the photo above. . The lens was cracked, these things happen. I was so disappointed, but when I looked up Vsysto and Amazon I was able to get in touch with their customer care and my plea for help was answered by Alice who was so helpful and really eager to help which was so pleasing, and so uncommon in this day and age. A really nice caring lady. It was no problem at all for Alice and she was able to supply me with a new camera and mount at a very reasonable cost. A great big thank you to Alice and Vsysto customer care. It's great to know that there are still some companies - even though they are on the other side of the world - who are prepared to make an effort to look after their customers. You can buy Vsysto products safe in the knowledge that they are there to stand over their product and they really do care about their customer. I'm really blown away by their excellent service.

Good well made product, but on a bicycle it is almost impossible to see in bright weather
So for the cyclists out there especially if you have an ebike this is a product you really want to work well. However, though it's not bad and let's face it what else is there on the market it has some drawbacks:1) the screen is very difficult to see in bright weather and since I wanted it to be used instead of a mirror to see what and who was behind me this is a downer. I think if the screen was less glossy and more matte it might help. It's a bright screen, but just not bright enough for this kind of use. I'm not sure a hood would help either. In dull days it is so much better and keeps me more in tune with what's behind me than turning round and then hitting a pothole! I haven't tried riding with it paired to my phone. Perhaps that would work, but yet another device on my handlebars!!!By the way the interface should be bluetooth not wifi, it's a real pain having to change wifi back to my home router. I suspect bluetooth might not handle the bandwidth though?2) Man, it is a heavy head unit. It's good to know that it is well made and strong, but on a push bike (and I know it wasn't designed for this) it does add weight. However since I have added a motor and 48v battery to my bike I suppose it doesn't matter, plus I weigh too much anyway.3) It's taken some effort to attach the cameras, but now that I have (and thank goodness for tie wraps) they are pretty stable. Took me some experimentation to get a good position. The mount for the head unit is fine. The cables without the extensions were easily long enough. I think a shorter cable from the camera and then a variety of extension lengths would be highly useful, but then they look like pretty expensive cables - would Julet cables (as used on ebike motors from china) not do the job?4) I power the unit from my 48v battery which has a switched USB output. I bought a cable with a sideways usb plug and it works well.5) Getting the micro sd card out is a little bit of a faff, but I guess it's good that it is protected. It would be better if when pushed in there was a little bit showing instead of being totally flush. Would make it easier to get out.6) I find the user interface poor. It takes some getting used to and I wouldn't try and use it whilst riding. I think it needs a little more thinking about (and know that it was inserted properly) and yes micro sd cards seem to be fine in case you are confused.7) I don't have any issues about video quality, it is what it is, but someone made a point about reading number plates being difficult and I would agree. It is nice to review the ride and in case of an accident it would be invaluable.Summary.This has the potential to be very useful device for cyclists. It needs a version that is much lighter and with a far better screen for bright light levels. Some thought should be given to a better mounting system for the cameras. I think a shorter cable length for the front mounting camera would be useful or perhaps add a selection of extension lengths.I hope the makers take note of this review. I'd be happy to be a tester :)It's not cheap and I did think of sending it back, but overall it's not bad and I decided to try and live with it.G.

Great system & superb after sales support.
I bought this camera system in August 2023 & fitted it to my bike. Due to illness I couldn't ride my bike until early 2024 when I found a problem in that the main head until wasn't connecting to one of the cameras. After various tests I found the head unit was faulty. I contacted Alice in customer service at VSYSTO & she was brilliant in sending me a new head unit. Problem sorted & both front/rear bike cameras work fine now. The quality of this system, packaging, accessories & instructions far exceeded my expectations. This is a very good on bike camera system. Great customer support Alice!!
