This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed it. It does exactly what she needs it to do. I am thinking of getting another one for my son so he can keep with his reading and drawing. It is a great product for the money.

Very useful for all close of work

I just received the item today. Took quite a while to get through the setup. It failed to connect to network a few times as well. I have a great WiFi system, so there was no reason for that.Once setup, I was not able to access Google play store. It would open and then crash as soon as I hit the search bar. I restarted the tablet numerous times, and experienced the same issue over and over.After a few hours, I was able to get into the Google play store. However the very first two apps I went to download had issues.I wanted to have the OfferUp app, however, this tablet shows a picture of the app, and it says not supported on this device.And then went to go and download the Amazon shopping app, and it gave me a warning that this app regularly crashes on similar devices (meaning this brand of tablet).I then downloaded Facebook app, or when you open the app to use Facebook it takes quite a while for than to get loaded up, it pretty much takes time and almost anything you are trying to do.Not recommended. Especially when you can get the Amazon fire tablet for not much more.

Overall I am VERY pleased with this tablet. It feels sturdy, the screen quality is good, and so far it has done everything I needed it to do. I've been able to easily download apps and have found that I am able to do a few things with it I didn't even know I could do, like using it to store and play my extensive music collection. There was only one slight problem. My last Android tablet used widgets so I was very confused when I couldn't figure out where to find them. And for whatever reason, no product manual was included. I searched for one online and found a few, but they weren't very helpful. Finally, I contacted product support. They got back to me within 12 hours and informed me that some of the online manuals have incorrect information. The newer Pritom tablets no longer use widgets. They use Android Go and for the most part Google apps can be used to do what I had previously used widgets for. Once I had this figured out I was able to do exactly what I needed to do. Support tried to send me a manual via email but it didn't come through. If I had pursued the issue they probably would have taken care of it, but I informed them that i had it figured out. So far I am very happy with my purchase. Especially for such a reasonable price.

First off, this isn't a bad tablet for the price. If you want an e-reader or to surf the web and play word games that aren't processor or graphics-intensive, this is great for that. I bought this to replace my old Pritom L10 tablet that died. Understand that you're not getting an iPad pro here..The pros: Great size, light, good battery life. Can take an SD card and has a real headphone jack. Nicely packaged and a charger is included. No preinstalled 'trial' apps or other garbage, and plain Android without some crappy manufacturer's skin on top of it.The cons: It's slooooww. If I knew it was this slow I would have chosen something better. It's adequate for my needs, but just only. It takes a long time to boot and struggles with all but the simplest of apps. Even if you have rotation lock turned on, it boots into landscape mode and you have to toggle rotation lock off, orient it to portrait, then turn the lock back on. The power and volume buttons are also at the lower right of the tablet in portrait mode, just where you want to hold the thing. So you are always hitting these inadvertently if you primarily use portrait mode, like I do. The build quality is okay.. but it does feel cheap and plasticky. (which it is) No metal here. And a basic case would have been a nice inclusion. And the version of Android included seems to be a bit stripped down with less customization available. Though I'm happy that it isn't encumbered with a ton of preinstalled crap like so many are.To sum up, for the price, this is a good tablet for simple purposes and to throw in a bag when traveling for a reader and light use, and it gets stolen your wallet won't be hurting. It doesn't seem like it's something you'd want to get a younger child as it would be broken in a flash.

Sent it to my mom who has had a stroke and has bad eyesight. She was trying to see social media and texts on her phone. She loved this and can see and handle it much easier.

It was cheap, and therefore I guess I received what I paid for. It is interminably slow and not intuitive to use. Was it worth $59.99? I guess. But that's clearly too little to pay for a worthwhile tablet.
