Perfect Fit, Great Value, My Stove Is New Again
My stove is a Jenn-Air from circa 1990. I started having issues with one, then later the second, burner not heating properly. I initially tried replacing the burners, but that did not fix the issues. I then assumed the cartridge module was the likely culprit. Before coming to Amazon I looked elsewhere online. One place I checked had the module on back order, up to 6 months! The other place wanted well over $300.00 and they did not allow returns. Talk about a gamble! I went months barely being able to cook on the stove, then I recently decided to check Amazon for the module. Imagine my surprise to find it listed on here. And the price? Wow, I was stunned. It seemed almost too good to be true.Although I did not know the model number to my stove (the sticker with the number fell off a decade ago), I was able to measure my current one and it matched this one. Importantly, I ensured the connector had the same number of prongs, and it was in the same location on the module. I read over the reviews. I was somewhat dismayed as several people mentioned the module did not fit perfectly flush on the stove top. Then, I came across a review from a gentleman who stated he had no issue simply pressing down on one corner to resolve the flush issue. I proceeded to place an order. The module arrived two days faster than expected. I swapped out modules in literally a minute or less. One corner of the module did not rest perfectly flush with the stove top. It was between 1/16" and 1/8" of an inch off. I pressed lightly down on that corner and it now sits perfectly flush with the stove top on all sides.I turned on one burner, then the second one. I had some very minor odor as the protective coating used in the manufacturing process burnt off. This is normal and only lasts a few minutes. It is even possible to have a little light smoke when a burner element is turned on the first time, but I did not have any smoke. Both burners heated up well. It was so nice to see the glowing red!!I've been using the burners for over three weeks now. They are excellent. Food cooks great on them.I can tell that this model is slightly lighter than the original module that came with the stove. I want to make clear that the model is not cheaply made. The module is still sturdy and does have weight, just not as heavy as original part.Like many people with older Jenn-Air stoves, mine also came with a grill instead of a second set of burners. The grill quit many years ago. I rarely used it, since if I am going to grill, I am going to GRILL. I plan to replace the stove top grill with another burner module sometime in the next six months.Overall, I am highly satisfied and this product is worthy of 5-stars. The module was affordable, arrived quicker than expected, was a breeze to install and, importantly, works! Adding to the value is the fact that it comes with new burners and burner baskets, so you get more than just the module. In sum, I highly recommend this product.11/21/23 Edit: I added a photo of the prongs that are on this unit. The prongs are in the back-center part of the module. When facing the prongs, from left to right the order is flat, flat, round, flat. There is an empty space on the far right, which makes no difference. I'm also adding a photo of the outlet on the range.

These were a perfect fit right out of the box!
I was so excited to see that these cartridges were a perfect fit ! They are exactly what I wanted and needed to upgrade my stove top which is 40 years old . Looks like a brand new stove top.

Excellent replacements
Maybe a tad expensive. However, they worked just fine - plug and play. That's worth something.

Perfect fit, poorly shipped
Perfect replacement module for older Jenn Air stovetop.Edges are slightly bent due to poor packaging and handling.Functions exactly like old unit, was replaced due to a failed element connector. If you must have a replacement module, this is fine, but if you are picky about appearance, you might quibble.

LOOKING FOR A JENN AIR REPACEMENT
WHIRLPOOL BOUGHT JENN AIR SOME TIME BACK. MANY WHIRLPOOL PARTS FIT EARLY MODEL JENN AIR LIKE THE VINTAGE STAINLESS COOKTOP I HAVE. I WANTED TO REPLACE THE OLD GRILL ASSEMBLY WITH BURNERS. THE JENN AIR MODEL WAS $239.99, THE WHIRLPOOL MODEL I PURCHASED WAS $185.00, CAME EARLY IN SHIPMENT AND WAS A "GREAT" PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. CHIEF OF MAINT, USAF RET.KUDOS TO YOU FOLKS !!

Out of two tries, the product was defective
I would love to have this product, but each time I ordered it, it came with an uneven fit which would have caused problems with cleaning. I would truly have loved to keep it, but the replacement even had a loose prong which connected to my range alright the time I tried it, but caused me to wonder how long it would last

Warped
Received the cook top modules 3 days early but unfortunately they both were warped and rocked back and forth when installed. They looked like the originals but the warped corner on each one was beyond my wife's tolerance to be able to use them. If there was a way to get them to lay flat they would have been a nice replacement for my 40 year old units. Nice shiny heavy duty replacements if you can tolerate them being uneven, I couldn't.
