I bought this as I recently started waking in the night and my sleep was being disrupted. I have used it for two nights and have had a much deeper sleep without waking.I rub it in the soles of my feet and my belly button and surrounding area.As an aside, I didn’t realise it could have a laxative effect and the morning after using it I have gone to the toilet as normal but the urge to go has been instant and sorry to sound crude but has cleared me out each time.I’m actually pleased about this as I have been suffering with constipation so it’s an added bonus for me.Perhaps it’s because I’m rubbing it on my stomach area.I am over the moon with this product and have now opted to get it in subscription.I have bought the unscented version purely because it’s cheaper and it is absorbed very quickly, no stickiness or greasiness and is a pleasure to use.

Product seems good, helps with fluid retention in my arms and calves.Cream applies nice but the following morning my skin feels chalky and sticky.

Definitely contains magnesium as I feel a tingle and it leaves me with sticky skin. Not sure yet if it’ll help with improving skin elasticity, I think I need a few more weeks/months to assess that. However, a good product at excellent price. Recommended.

A lovely lotion, pleasant to use. Still early days but seems to have alleviated some cramping. No scent which is ideal & not sticky to use. This product was recommended by a family member who used it during pregnancy.

Learning that Mg is better absorbed topically rather than ingested I wanted to try a brand that I trusted. I get my Multi Vit spray from Better you.I deliberated whether to get this or the body butter version and my decision was made by the fact you could calculate the correct dose by pumps where as I'm not sure how you calculate the body butter. ( just as an aside the bottle mentions 120mg per 5ml but doesn't tell you that 5ml is 4 pumps - the website does share that info though) I rub 1 pump into each limb as there is quite a lot in each pump.Smell : a bit clinical but not offensive and doesn't last long once on the body (which for me is a good thing)Texture: think runny custard consistencyAbsorption: I give my limbs a good rub to get it in. I'd say moderate absorption rate for me. After about a minute it's in.After application: I need to wash my hands twice to get rid of the lotion and my skin feels oddly chalky like there is a very, very fine powder residue thats been left on.Impression: I wanted this mainly for the Mg but was hoping that it would aid keeping my skin supple too. Can't honestly say there has been any improvement for my skin if anything it feels dry. But it's a nice routine to rub it in at night and in the morning. I will be trying the body butter though as I'm hoping that might be all round better for me personally. Its not a bad lotion - just one I'm not too fussed on. I've only been using it for 10 days and haven't really noticed any difference with sleep or anything else yet but presume that's early days.
