I was well past the grace period so they could have blown me off. THEY DID NOT. Kuddos to them!!!!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Couldn’t give it 0 unfortunately. I’m out $250. Had a well concealed crack. Bought in preparation for remodel adding a small bathroom. It seemed perfect. Looked good but the next morning I had water on the floor. Seeped out as long as there was any water in the bowl—ie all the time. I’d wipe it up and see seepage coming out again. Checked when I got it but couldn’t see this area. Plumbers found it. BTW I watched them install it and it was treated well so they didn’t break it.If you buy, check closely, very closely. Before your time runs out even if it could be returned.

I love the size of this toilet. It is smaller but doesn't have a small toilet feel. Great flushing power. Most important to me was to open up some space in my tiny bathroom. I love that this toilet sits closer to the wall. I searched for a long time before choosing this toilet. It was reasonably priced and was exactly what I was looking for. Contractor said install was easy. Thinking of buying another for my other small bathroom. I would highly recommend.Update...I have not been disappointed and ordered a second toilet for my bathroom. I cannot wait for it to be installed. It is amazing how little water is used per flush, yet it handles everything very well. No problems at all. Buy it... you'll love it!

I had a small toilet that crapped out and needed replacing. I didn't realize there were so few options in this size range. I opted to get this Harow toilet because it looked exactly the same as the well reviewed Galba at half the price. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. The seat does feel a little cheap, but I have not ordered the replacement, so it is working for now. If you are limited with space there are not many truly compact options out there and for the price this one can't be beat!Pros: fit in space, strong flush, water conserving dual flush, looks good, great priceCon: odd shape toilet seat that feels a little cheap

I've lived with this toilet for a year now and am so happy with my purchase. I needed a toilet that wasn't long (front to back) as that would encroach on the doorway. Somehow it seems to stay cleaner than the toilet in my old house. It's very modern and sturdy. Have never had any problems with it not fully flushing.

Due to delays in remodeling, this has only been installed for 2 days, but so far, so good. The toilet came well packaged and we have not had any leaks so far. According to the person who installed it - it was "different" but not difficult. It works very well for freeing up space in my very small bathroom. I am 5' and my husband is 6' and we can both use it comfortably.

There's nothing about this toilet to dislike except the seat that comes with it. That one is kind of cheap feeling. HOWEVER, there is a better quality seat available. I bought and installed the better one and put the cheap one in storage in case I ever need it.

Installed toilet in small basement bathroom. Toilet was SUPER easy to install, as it was one piece with all the tank parts pre installed. Flush is great. Has push buttons on top. One button for minimum flush, one for medium, and both buttons for maximum flush. Never had a backup as with the old toilet because flush was fast and powerfull. Highly recommend this toilet!

It's amazing that they're able to produce such a high quality and comfortable toilet in this dimension. With our extremely small bathroom, this toilet looks great and fits perfectly. I had some questions on installation and Amy in customer service was extraordinarily helpful. Very impressive design, excellent customer service, and amazing value in a high quality product.
