This is a MUST HAVE book for every human being! There's an old saying by many parents concerning children: "I wish they came with an instruction manual!" This is one good addition to any family library and most students will LOVE having this.Yes, there are navigation issues. Nonetheless, the info is all there and accessable if you just take the time and look.

I read this a few pages at a time each evening to absorb one area of the body at a time. It presented things about growth and function that helped me understand things, like puberty and aging (for example wrinkled skin) that I never really thought about. Learned a bunch of little things!
